Sea Explorers Malapascua

Welcome to Sea Explorers, a PADI Five Star Career Development Centre set on Malapascua Island in the Philippines. With a team of four PADI instructors speaking five languages — English, Spanish, French, German and Filipino — the centre pairs quality training with the thrill of diving one of the region's most celebrated corners.

Courses and diving

Whether you're taking your first breath underwater with Discover Scuba Diving or advancing toward Divemaster, Sea Explorers offers a full path of PADI courses, including Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Enriched Air (Nitrox) and Emergency First Response — many available through e-learning.

The location opens onto renowned sites such as Monad Shoal and Kimud Shoal, where thresher sharks glide through the currents, along with Gato Island, Kalanggaman Island, the Dona Marilyn Wreck and more. Divers encounter sharks and rays, turtles, eels, molluscs, crustaceans and vibrant corals.

With an onsite classroom, retail shop, dive boat, waterfront setting and accommodation, it suits beginners and seasoned divers alike seeking a well-equipped base in Malapascua.
