At Sotto Marino in Shizuoka, Japan, the philosophy is simple: leave it to us. Whether you want to try scuba diving for the first time or explore skin diving, the friendly, sea-loving staff put safety first while keeping things fun.

Dive Aichi and beyond

Making the most of its Aichi location, Sotto Marino runs fun diving and skin tours to nearby beaches as well as further afield across Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. The gourmet food along the way is a popular part of the trip, and requests are welcome for everything from photography to topography.

The centre has its own facilities, including an onsite training pool, a classroom, air conditioning, parking and a retail shop. Equipment sales and a full range of rentals are available — including kids' gear and Scooter (DPV) rental. Instruction is offered in Japanese, making this a welcoming home base for divers eager to explore Japan's waters.
