Since 1991, Stingray Divers has served the Northeast's diving community from its home in Brooklyn, New York City. Owned and operated by very active divers, this PADI Dive Center backs up its instruction, sales, service, and travel offerings with genuine first-hand experience.

What sets Stingray Divers apart

Stingray Divers was the first, and remains one of the only, dive shops in New York City to offer Nitrox, Trimix, and Argon fills. Alongside air fills, the center handles equipment sales, service and repairs, and scuba equipment rental, with an onsite classroom for training led by its two PADI Instructors.

A full rental range covers everything from 7mm and 5mm wetsuits to regulators, BCDs, gauges, and steel cylinders up to 15L (100 cu. ft.), including children's sizes. With a dive club and travel program on top of English- and Spanish-speaking staff, it suits city divers who want an experienced, hands-on home base.
