Superstar

Superstar is a PADI 5 Star CDC based at Deception Island on the Antarctic Peninsula. As a Career Development Centre, it offers the full ladder of PADI training in Chinese — from Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water through Rescue Diver, Divemaster and on to instructor-level qualifications, alongside Freediving and Mermaid programmes for every level. Whether you are starting out, building experience, or working toward a professional rating, the courses here are designed to take you the whole way.

Diving at Deception Island

The centre sits in a waterfront location with its own house reef, so there is plenty to explore close to home. Divers can expect to encounter sharks, whales, turtles, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and jellyfish, mammals and reptiles, ocean fish, and rays among the marine life found in these waters.

On-site facilities include a training pool, classroom, retail shop, dive boat, accommodation, and food and drinks, plus air fills, nitrox, and a full range of equipment for sale and rental. With instruction delivered in Chinese, Superstar is a natural fit for Chinese-speaking divers seeking professional, end-to-end training.
