Surface Interval Diving Center

Set on the waterfront in New Taipei, Taiwan, Surface Interval Diving Center has grown quickly since officially becoming a PADI Dive Center in January 2021, then upgrading to a PADI Five-Star Dive Center in June 2023. As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 5 PADI Instructors on the team, it's built for divers who want to keep learning, from first breaths underwater all the way through to professional-level training.

Facilities and training

Everything happens under one roof: an onsite training pool and classroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, plus a dive boat and onsite accommodation for those staying over. Divers also have access to food and drinks, parking, equipment sales and rental, and scooter (DPV) rental.

Beyond the courses, the center runs a dive club, conservation activities and travel, making it a natural fit for anyone who wants diving to feel like time spent with family. Instruction is offered in Mandarin, and the doors are open every day of the week.
