The Blue Abyss Dive Shop

The Blue Abyss Dive Shop has operated in Moalboal, Philippines since 1997, and in that time has certified more than a thousand divers from all over the world. This waterfront PADI Dive Center keeps groups small and personal, so you get the attention and safety focus you need whether you're starting out or building serious experience.

Courses and diving

The full range of PADI courses is offered, from the Open Water Diver Course through to Divemaster, alongside a selection of Technical diving courses. Three boat dives run every day, plus a night dive, with special dives arranged on request. Diving here suits all certification levels, from the famous Sardine Ball to the Airplane Wreck, Pescador Island, Kasai Wall and the house reef right on the doorstep.

Marine life ranges from the small to the big, with sharks, whales and turtles among the ocean fish you might encounter. On-site you'll find a classroom, retail shop, free Wi-Fi, dive boat, accommodation and food and drinks, with the team speaking English, German and Filipino.
