The Dive Depot

Since 2001, The Dive Depot has been the diving hub of Bemidji, Minnesota, deep in the freshwater lake country of Northern Minnesota. This PADI 5 Star Dive Center is known for exploring the region's beautiful lakes and their history, and has even appeared on Expedition Unknown in the episodes "Hunt for the Ruby Slippers" and "Dillinger's Lost Loot."

Courses, dives and local waters

With 2 PADI Instructors on hand and PADI Scuba Diving training on the schedule, the center suits both new divers and those wanting to log more freshwater time. Tuesday nights all summer are set aside for exploring the area's lakes, and there's diving in Lake Superior and beyond, where you might encounter freshwater fish among the local marine life.

Facilities include an onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop and parking. Services span air fills, equipment sales, scuba equipment rental, travel, a dive club and conservation activities. English is spoken, making it a welcoming freshwater base for anyone diving in the Bemidji area.
