The Scuba Ranch

The Scuba Ranch is a family owned and operated recreational diving facility in the Dallas–Ft Worth area of Texas, built around a 22-acre spring-fed lake that ranks among the most beautiful natural habitats in Texas lakes. Most of the lake sits around 40 feet deep, reaching a maximum of 65 feet depending on current water level, with underwater attractions and wildlife waiting to be explored — including the park's own icon, "Sisco the Shark."

Who it suits

This PADI Dive Center is an easy fit for certified divers looking for a relaxed local site to log dives, practice skills or simply spend a weekend in the water. Air fills are available on site for $10 per fill, and a full range of rental gear covers everything from BCDs and regulators to 3mm, 5mm and 7mm wetsuits and aluminium or steel cylinders.

An onsite training pool, waterfront setting and onsite accommodation round out the ranch. Tent camping, RV spaces and cabins let divers stay right beside the lake and make the most of consecutive days underwater. English is spoken on site.
