The Scuba Shop, Inc.

The Scuba Shop is a PADI 5-Star dive center with more than 40 years of safe diving behind it, teaching over 200 divers every year. With six PADI Instructors on the team, the shop runs PADI courses and Specialties at its Lake Jocassee location, and offers Enriched Air (Nitrox) for divers ready to extend their time underwater.

Local diving at Lake Jocassee

The signature local site is the Lake Jocassee Wall, reached by the center's own Local Boat Charters. Divers here can encounter freshwater fish among other marine life, making it a distinctive setting for training and exploration alike.

Facilities include a heated on-site training pool, an on-site classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking, and on-site accommodation, plus food and drinks. The center handles air fills and Nitrox, sells equipment, and maintains a complete rental line covering everything from wetsuits and regulators to dive computers and children's sizes. English is spoken throughout.
