The Scuba Shop

Arizona's PADI 5 Star IDC Center

Established in 2008, The Scuba Shop set out to bring high quality service to the scuba diving community within Arizona. As a PADI 5 Star IDC Center, it has earned respect from the industry locally and built a long-standing reputation worldwide, serving both recreational and professional divers from its base in Phoenix.

Twelve PADI Instructors and over 50 years of combined experience stand behind the teaching here, with courses spanning PADI Scuba Diving, PADI Snorkelling and PADI First Aid – EFR. An onsite training pool and classroom keep learning close to home, while air fills, equipment sales and rental — including kids' and travel gear — cover what divers need between sessions.

Local diving centres on Vista Point and Lake Pleasant, and the shop's own listing points to sharks, whales, turtles and freshwater fish among the marine life divers come to see. Instruction is offered in English, with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop and parking on site.

It suits new divers starting their PADI Adventure, families kitting out together, and anyone in the Phoenix area looking to go pro.
