Toberua Divers

Toberua Divers is the fully equipped PADI dive centre at Toberua Island Resort, an intimate five-acre private island off the east coast of Viti Levu, Fiji. It sits waterfront, with a house reef, dive boat, onsite training pool and classroom — the kind of setup that lets you step from your accommodation into the water without much ceremony.

Courses and dive sites

The centre certifies divers in all courses, for adults and children alike, with materials, boat dives, exams and certification cards included. If you would rather not spend holiday hours in a classroom, course theory can be completed online before you arrive. Friendly instructors and free Wi-Fi, air fills and scuba equipment rental round out the practical side.

Toberua sits in the Lomaiviti Group, known for healthy reefs and a dense population of marine life. The nearby reefs hold hard and soft corals and many varieties of fish, turtles and reef sharks — a major attraction here. Dive sites take you through coral heads, caves and soft coral gardens, with depths ranging from 3 to 30m, so beginners and advanced divers are equally at home.
