About Turtle Bay Dive Resort
Set on the beachfront in Moalboal, Cebu, Turtle Bay Dive Resort is a family-run PADI 5-Star Dive Center putting some of the Philippines' most talked-about diving within easy reach. This is Moalboal — home to Pescador Island and the famous Sardine Run — and Turtle Bay sits right in the heart of it, complete with its own house reef.
Courses and diving
With two PADI instructors on the team, the centre caters to every level. Newcomers can try Discover Scuba Diving, while certified divers build skills through PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Navigator, Night Diver, Drift Diver and Emergency First Response. Enriched air (Nitrox), air fills and equipment rental are all on hand, with English and Filipino spoken.
Explore local dive sites including Magic Island House Reef, Pescador South, Sardine Ball, Airplane Wreck, Tongo Point Marine Sanctuary and Kasai Wall, where marine life ranges from turtles and sharks to eels, molluscs and colourful corals. Shore dives on the Turtle Bay House Reef start from USD 28 and boat dives in Moalboal from USD 34 — a relaxed, welcoming base for divers of all experience levels.

★ 5 · Xiaojing L. · 2024-10-29The resort was a home away from home for my family of 3 divers who stayed there for nine days and enjoyed a total of 54 dives. Our dive guide, Jung, impressed us with his incredible friendliness, patience, professionalism, and responsibility. Diving with him was an absolute pleasure. The resort created a warm atmosphere that made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. We particularly very much liked the full-board package which allowed us to order fresh dishes from the menu instead of having buffet food. One day, after an exhausting dive trip left my family feeling exhausted, we decided not to go to the resort restaurant for dinner; however, to our surprise and delight, the lovely restaurant staff knocked on our door to check if everything was alright and offered to bring food straight up to our room! All members of staff were always smiling which added even more joy to our experience. We loved it so much that we have already shared our experiences to our diver friends and are planning on returning soon. Good value of money! Must go!
★ 5 · Mila Y. · 2020-01-08Turtle Bay is a great dive resort. The resort is really nice and quiet. The rooms are well equipped. The dive instructors and all the other stuff do a great job! The house reef is amazing. The only thing I was not fully satisfied is the resort restaurant. Quiet expensive and not very good, but luckily there is a nice grill restaurant 700m from the resort. Would defenitively come again! However, if you are not a diver I would not recommend to stay here as there is not much to do besides diving.
★ 4 · Ka Ki K. · 2019-12-23RJ and Robin are great and experienced guides who showed us the wonderful creatures under the sea. The dive equipments and and boats are good. The dinners were fantastic but there were great improvements for the breakfasts. It is hoped that the water supply and showering facilities inside the room can be improved in the future. Overall the experience was great.
