Ventura Dive & Sport

Founded in 1989 and now in its 20th year, Ventura Dive & Sport has worked to stay ahead of the curve in both recreational diving and diver education. Based in Malibu, this PADI 5 Star IDC centre runs a training department led by two full-time PADI Course Directors and a team of 15 PADI Instructors, plus a deep bench of support staff ready to share what they know. The centre also boasts more Master Instructors than any other dive centre in California.

Local diving

The centre puts you within reach of some standout California diving. Anacapa Island sits just 40 minutes away, made up of three islets and part of the Channel Islands National Park. Santa Cruz offers sheltered coves and the chance to dive alongside California Sea Lions and Harbor Seals.

With an onsite classroom, air fills, equipment sales, service and rental, a dive club and travel offerings, Ventura Dive & Sport suits divers at every stage — from those starting out to experienced divers chasing the next adventure.
