Vert Marine Conflans

Tucked into Conflans-Sainte-Honorine near Arromanches, France, Vert Marine Conflans is a PADI Dive Center built around a purpose-made training environment. The heart of it is a 20-metre diving pit with three platforms set at 5 m, 3 m and 1.30 m, giving divers a controlled space to build skills at progressively greater depth. SEAC SUB brand equipment — regulator, stabiliser vest and bottle — is provided.

Courses and who it suits

A team of 6 PADI Instructors covers everything from first-timers to divers brushing up their skills. The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program (from USD 82) and PADI ReActivate Scuba Refresher (from USD 82) make easy entry points, while the Scuba Diver course takes supervised divers to 12 metres. Those wanting to go further can take the PADI Enriched Air Diver course.

On-site you'll find a training pool, classroom, aquarium/deep pool, parking and an adaptive services facility, with air fills and Nitrox available. The local dive site is the Fosse de plongées de Conflans, and instruction is offered in French.
