Wonderful Diving

Set in the heart of Kaohsiung, Wonderful Diving is a PADI Dive Center known for meticulous, rigorous teaching wrapped in a relaxed but genuinely fulfilling course atmosphere. With two PADI instructors on the team, it's a welcoming base for anyone looking to build solid skills from the ground up.

Courses and dive areas

The focus here is on core certifications — Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver. Because local regulations don't permit diving activities within Kaohsiung City, courses head to the southern dive areas of Kenting and Xiaoliuqiu. The center also runs diving tours in Taiwan and abroad.

Beyond training, Wonderful Diving cooperates with the Diving Medicine Department of Kaohsiung Naval General Hospital on diving-safety lectures, and takes an active role in marine conservation — from the Xiaoliuqiu marine volunteer team to regular sea and beach cleaning. An onsite classroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi round out the space, with instruction offered in Chinese.
