Safety briefing, crew introduction, necessary dive paperwork, cabin allocation and ship orientation will take place before departing the harbor. Journey to the first dive site for a check dive. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the vessel and make yourself comfortable. Please Note: This is a sample itinerary and nº of dives, dive sites, etc. may be subject to change due to weather conditions and other unforeseeable factors.
This itinerary is cruised in the "wild" Southern Maldives. You will divecruise your way around Gaaf Alifu, Foamulah and Addu atolls where you will encounter large pelagics, most likely mantas, whale sharks, tiger, thresher, oceanic whitetips, silkie sharks and hammerheads. The dives are mostly drift dives so a minimum experience is highly recommended This region of the Maldives has become a "best kept secret" for liveaboard divers in the know. Very few dive operators have visited the region and those that have return with tales of wonder. Whale sharks can be found at Gaafu Atoll ('Huvadhoo') and mantas at Addu Atoll ('Seenu') But perhaps the unique attraction lies at Foahmulah (or Fuvahmulah) Island (a.k.a. Gnaviyani Atoll) where thresher sharks, oceanic white tips and tiger sharks can regularly be seen. If weather permits this island will be visited and it's always good for some specials for example schools of 50 pygmy killer whales around the ship. After the first dive, the Maldives Blue Force might enter the port and there will be a pick-up tour around the island, visiting the freshwater lakels, its agricultural fields, its beaches and after a snack there will be the second dive of the day. Addu atoll has excellent turquoise lagoons, superb coral reefs, profuse aquatic life and palm fringed sun-kissed beaches. Demon Point is suitable for advanced divers to try drift diving. Spot mantas in large quantity at demon point. Sight napoleon wrasse, gray reef sharks and white tip reef sharks during drift diving in Makunda and Muduka. The British Loyalty wreck dive will add a new dimension to your Seenu atoll diving. British Royalty, a 140m long ship sank in 1944, lying at 34 meters deep houses varied colorful aquatic life. Gulda Lamago, with brilliant overhangs and caves is a home to green turtles, lobsters, eagle rays, manta rays and sharks. Huvadhoo atoll (consisting of Gaafu Alif and Gaafu Dhaalu atolls) is the second biggest atoll in the world and has a high concentration of sharks, especially grey reef sharks, giant hammerheads, silver tips or tiger sharks might show themselves. With enough plancton possibility to spot the whaleshark. The almost virgin coral zones are remarkable. Nights among green turtles, parsnips or the lime harlequin fish indigenous only to the Southern Maldives. Visits to land in the afternoon (if there is no scheduled night). After dinner various activities in common or simply relax on board, games, movies, karaoke, jacuzzi.
2 dives in the morning depending on guest flight schedules and the 24 hour requirement before flying.
Disembark at Huvadhoo Atoll and domestic flight to Male Arrival at Male airport. Unfortunately our trip has come to an end and we have to say goodbye, but we hope to see you again soon!

★ 5 · Daniel Allen · 2022-01-02Our first liveaboard and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Saw whale sharks, many mantas, eagle rays, other sharks and more. Sara, Nico, and David made our wedding anniversary special with a nice cake and New Years Eve on the boat was a great place to welcome the new year. Our guide Fadu was fantastic. He watched out for us, especially on the dives with big currents. Great staff, great boat, great diving.
★ 5 · Anne-Marie Macmanus · 2019-06-06Great trip! Would highly recommend. Visibility was poor throughout the week, it was the last trip of the season so we didn't have the best weather, but our manta night dive was out of this world and that's what we went for! You will not get a better experience! This was our honeymoon and it really was special.
