Diving and spa in the Maldives

Scubaspa Yang was custom built for diving, and she wears both halves of her name honestly. Days aboard this 50-metre vessel move between thrilling dives and the kind of indulgent onboard relaxation most boats don't attempt — a spa, a jacuzzi, a gym, and an open-air cinema under Maldivian stars. The awards have followed, including "Best Boat Design" and "Maldives Boating Brand of the Year."

The Central Atolls itineraries run year-round and range across Rasdhoo, Vaavu, Ari, Baa, Noonu, Raa, and both North and South Male Atolls. Channel dives, drift dives, pinnacles and walls, wreck dives, and world-famous night dives all feature, and the marine life shifts with them — nudibranchs and eels through schools of reef fish, eagle rays, reef sharks, turtles, manta rays, and whale sharks. The Male–Male route covers 8 nights with approximately 17 dives, and no minimum logged dives are required.

A separate fully equipped 20m dive dhoni with nitrox handles the diving, keeping the main vessel calm for the 26 guests across 17 cabins. Non-divers are genuinely catered for: yoga, snorkel excursions, kayaks, paddleboards, and try-dive experiences, all backed by a nearly 1:1 crew-to-guest ratio.
