Getting there

Before the trip After the fascinating landing at the airport island Hulhulé awaits you the gorgeous tropical climate of the Maldives. After leaving the aircraft the entry procedure must be passed once, for this a form to fill will be handed out on the plane.  After successful completion of immigration formalities it goes on to the baggage claim, to collect your luggage Immediately after leaving the airport building you get into the covered arrival area, with check-in counters of tour operators and islands.  Here awaits you already one of our dive guides, easily visible holding a sign which carries the name of the Nautilus Boat Liveaboards.  Check in time:  about 09:00 am - meeting point is Male airport exit of arrival hall. On the water taxi jetty is already waiting one of our Divingdhonis and parts of our boat crew which will help you with the luggage.   Arrival at the Nautilus Two Of the small jetty of the water taxis we start in the direction of Nautilus One or Nautilus Two, the trip to the lagoon, with the mooring of the liveaboards, takes about 15 minutes.  During this trip we would like to ask you to stow your dive equipment already on the dhoni, and already mount your BCD and regulator to the scuba tank at your place. Upon arrival at  the Nautilus Two first of all a cool refreshment awaits you. After you can move in the cabins and stow everything before the crew starts with a detailed boat briefing. The time of the first dive to check the equipment depends on the time of your arrival. If you arrive in the morning first dive takes place in the early afternoon, at a later arrival at the following morning. In case your International flight arrives later on cruise start day, please contact us for individual transfer arrangements. WiFi Internet available FOC on board

All in all the trip was excellent! The food was very good as were the rental equipment. The diving sites were very good and dive guides were knowledgeable. Only thing less than optimal was the engine noise in rooms. Earplugs helped with this but nonetheless.
