★ 5 · Brittny M. · 2023-03-12We absolutely loved our stay at paradise beach and the diving experience was great. We loved the staff at the dive shop. They always gave a great dive briefing, divemaster kept and eye on the group. I got some great photos too. The boat was in good shape that took us out to the dive sites. The reef in Roatán was so vibrant and colorful. I would for sure come back and stay here again. The only suggestion I would have is to try and put divers with their advanced cert and more experience together. We wanted to experience some dive sites that we couldn’t go to because some divers only had open water certs. But it seemed like there was not enough divers on the schedule at the time to do this. We still had a great time!!
★ 4 · Yoshie S. · 2019-12-05Beautiful beach in front of this hotel and location is fantastic. Their seafood soup is must to have list. Staff are very nice and they always have security guys, so very safe to stay with children too. Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel while they were doing construction and the gym was closed. Our room was honeymoon suit with jacuzzi bath, however it was broken so water flooded all over the room twice. They tried to fix it but it took a few days and by the time it got fixed, we were okay without it. They felt so bad for us so they treated us for a nice romantic dinner at the beach and champagne in our room and they even offered us some outdoor activities. We were diving everyday so we couldn’t do the activities, however, they tried to make it right and that’s all it matters. Things gets broken and some unfortunate things happens. The most important thing is they tried to fix the problem and make things right which they did. Dive shop is great, too. It is located inside of this hotel property and very flexible. If you want to do shark dive, at least one of divemasterS would go with you so you will feel more comfortable. This trip was not planned for us since we were supposed to go to Bahamas originally. However, it got cancelled due to the hurricane. It was meant to be! Beautiful beaches and nice people - overall, very satisfied diving trip!
