Über Pro Dive International Catalonia Playa Maroma
Seit 2003 hat Pro Dive Mexico von seiner Tauchbasis im Catalonia Playa Maroma in Puerto Morelos aus einen exzellenten Ruf für hochwertige Tauchabenteuer aufgebaut. Hier kommen Taucher auf ihre Kosten, die Abwechslung suchen: Ob Cenote-Tauchgänge, Begegnungen mit Bullenhaie, Wracktauchgänge oder die lokalen Korallenriffe – dazu zählen auch Safaris zur Suche nach Walhaien und Segelfischen.
Kurse und Zielgruppen
Als PADI 5 Star IDC Center mit vier PADI-Tauchlehrern spricht das Team sowohl fortgeschrittene Taucher an als auch jene, die ihre Fähigkeiten weiterentwickeln möchten. Das Kursprogramm reicht vom Pool Check und Scuba Refresher bis zum Open Water Diver und dem Nitrox Enriched Air Diver Kurs. Zu den mehrtägigen Angeboten zählen ein Mini-Cenote-Paket mit zwei Riff-Tauchgängen vom Boot und zwei Cenote-Tauchgängen, halbtägige Bootsausflüge mit zwei Tauchgängen sowie Flaschenpakete für Taucher, die viele geloggte Tauchgänge planen.
Am Standort erwarten Sie ein Trainingsbecken, ein Klassenzimmer, eine Lage direkt am Wasser, ein Tauchboot und Parkplätze. Das Team spricht Englisch, Spanisch, Niederländisch, Französisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und Russisch.

★ 5 · Mireille Moonen · 2009-07-28Great last minute deal from Europe for Catalonia Maroma resort. What a great hotel, nice beach, superb food and great ambiance. Pro Dive Mexico was the inhouse dive provider, and we had a great time. Was a bit afraid to go to Mexico after this "swine flu" thing, but as it turns out, absolutely no signs at all. I heard that Mexico had a terrible time due to all the negative publicity. All companies had to reduce staff, and had to make cost saving measures just to survive. Had a little chat with the baseleader and he told me that as of last week it was getting very busy again and the company was hiring qualified staff to get their service level up just as it was before. I went with them for a 2 tank dive on Cozumel, what a great reef (palancar garden), had such a great time over there and everything was arranged perfectly. Next day of to see the whale sharks!! Pro Dive Mexico had been conducting this excursion since many years as a National Geographic Dive center. (they had a Television crew from Germany coming over for 4 days). This excursion was beyond my expectations. We saw over 50 Whale sharks, manta rays, turtles and dolphins. Steffie, our German and English speaking guide was really professional and helping us with everything. Long day, many impressions and lot's of pictures.... Big thank you from Holland.
