Al Mahara Diving Center

Al Mahara Diving Center LLC is a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, built around high-quality scuba training, a knowledgeable equipment retail team, and safe, fun diving and snorkelling. With 8 PADI Instructors on staff, it's a centre that takes both learning and the local marine environment seriously — partnering with environmental NGOs, schools, and the wider diving community to protect the region's marine habitat.

Courses and diving

Whether you're stepping into the water for the first time or building on existing skills, there's a clear path here. Try the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, work through the PADI Open Water Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver (eLearning) courses, or sharpen your edge with PADI Enriched Air Diver and the Scuba Refresher plus fun dive. A Full-Day Dive Trip is also on offer.

Local dive sites include Sadiyaat Reef, Blocks Artificial Reef, the Batfish Wreck, Delta Buoy, and Artificial Reef (ARP), where divers may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, and ocean fish. English is spoken throughout, making it a welcoming base for divers of every level.
