Apnea Zone

Apnea Zone is a freediving specialty center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where you can start your freediving adventure journey from the very beginning all the way to a professional level. Recognised as a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, it's a focused home for anyone drawn to breath-hold diving.

Courses and local diving

Newcomers can ease in with the PADI Basic Freediver course, a roughly two-hour introduction from USD 84. Ready to go further? The 3-Day PADI Freediver Certification with Pool & Sea, from USD 618, blends confined-water practice with open-water sessions across three days. There's also a Half-Day Dive Trip, around three hours, from USD 84. Training is supported by an onsite pool and classroom, with freediving equipment rental available on site.

Out in the water, sessions head to dive sites at Dibba Island and Bluewater. With instruction offered in English and a clear path from first breath-hold to advanced skills, Apnea Zone suits curious beginners and committed divers alike.
