Aquatours Almeria

Aquatours Almeria is a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort based in Almería, Spain, working out of a waterfront location with its own house reef. With four PADI Instructors on the team and both English and Spanish spoken, it's a welcoming base for divers building their skills close to shore.

Courses and diving

The centre runs a full ladder of PADI training, from Discover Scuba Diving (from USD 132) and the PADI Open Water Diver course through to Advanced Open Water Diver, Deep Diver, Rescue Diver, Boat Diver and the ReActivate Scuba Refresher, plus an Open Water Referral option. That spread suits complete beginners, returning divers wanting a tune-up, and certified divers chasing the next rating alike.

Local dive sites include Arrecife Barrera de Posidonia playa de Aguadulce, Arrecife Artificial, Lajas de Cerrillos, El Dies, La Convergencia-Roca Madre, Los Túneles, Bello Rincón, El Pináculo and Las Gorgonias. On-site you'll find a classroom, retail shop, dive boat, parking, an aquarium/deep pool and free Wi-Fi, with air fills, equipment sales and rental all handled in house.
