Banda Dive

Banda Dive is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort on Colombia's San Andres and Providencia islands, welcoming divers since 1998. With a team of three PADI instructors, the centre runs the full range of recreational diving — trips for certified divers, outings for first-timers, and courses at every level — all aboard a modern dive boat outfitted for comfort.

Courses and who it suits

Newcomers can start with PADI Discover Scuba Diving from USD 76, while certified divers can join an Exclusive Underwater Adventure for Certified Divers. Structured training runs through PADI Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, and the Open Water Referral, making this a fitting base whether you're earning your first certification or building skills.

The local waters are rich, with sightings of sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and jellyfish. On land you'll find an onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, air fills, and scuba equipment rental, with English and Spanish both spoken and conservation activities part of the programme.
