At Barcelona Diving Club, a PADI 5-Star IDC center set in the renovated Port Olímpic, diving sits right in the heart of the Mediterranean. Three PADI instructors keep groups small and the atmosphere professional yet friendly, pairing high-quality training with a genuine commitment to marine conservation.

Courses for every level

The center runs nine courses and activities, taking you from your very first breaths underwater through Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Refresher and Rescue Diver, plus Emergency First Response. Guided half-day and full-day dive trips start from USD 72, while a PADI Discover Diving session introduces newcomers to the Mediterranean in around three hours. There's even a training experience in seaweed farming.

With a waterfront location, house reef, retail shop, air fills, and equipment sales and rental for adults, kids and freedivers, it's a well-equipped base. Staff speak English, Spanish and Catalan, making it an easy fit whether you're a first-timer or a diver sharpening your skills.
