About BGB Country Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd
Set on the east coast of Sabah in Semporna, Malaysia — on the island of Borneo — BGB Country Tours & Travel sits within walking distance of banks, seafood restaurants and entertainment outlets, and just a stone's throw from the jetty out to the islands. Daily dive and snorkelling trips run to Mabul, Kapalai and Tun Sakaran Marine Park in the Celebes Sea, where macro critters share the water with passing pelagics.
Courses and local diving
As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre with 5 PADI instructors, BGB runs PADI Scuba courses from beginner right through to professional level, taught mainly on the reefs near Semporna, Kapalai, Mabul and Tun Sakaran Marine Park. The marine life is wonderfully varied — sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and more.
An onsite air-conditioned classroom, free Wi-Fi and a dive boat back up the teaching, with air fills, equipment sales and scuba rental for guests who'd rather travel light. Staff speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay, making it an easy fit for both new and experienced divers.

Scuba Diving always best medicine for me to relax my mood swing specially with great companion and nice dive site. Bumped into a local Dive Centre located in a gem.. called SEMPORNA, Its dive centre name is Borneo Global Sipadan Backpackers & Dive Centre Cosy and value for money... the best part no need to worry for Sipadan permit. Checked in the Backpackers and booked the Scuba Diving Packages for Sipadan leisure dive with Sipadan permit, thats what we need. My Dive master was Jeff.. awesome funny diver and pro which make up the entire dive holiday and trip. After our diving.. Our local dive master showed us around semporna town, its alright.. reasonable price for the beer after the hot sun and massive current after our Dive in Sipadan. Overall thumbs up for Jeff the local boy dive master... keep it up mate and see you sipadan again.
