Blowing Bubbles

Blowing Bubbles is an owner-operated, boutique PADI Dive Center in Ponta do Ouro, Mozambique, sitting just 20 metres from the beach. The focus here is on smaller groups and a calm, friendly atmosphere, giving divers the flexibility to explore the reef systems at their own pace. Ponta do Ouro forms part of the Maputo Marine Reserve, a classified Marine Protected Area, so the reefs are healthy and rich in diversity.

Courses and shark diving

The centre runs the full range of PADI courses, from blowing your very first bubble on a Discover Scuba Diving experience through to practising real scenarios on the Rescue Course. Its speciality is unbaited shark diving, with packages offering the chance to encounter up to 8 different shark species on your trip. Beyond sharks, the waters host whales, turtles, corals, ocean fish, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans.

With professional, experienced staff sharing their local knowledge of the reefs, plus a waterfront location, dive boat, food and drinks, air fills and equipment rental, Blowing Bubbles suits divers of every level who want personal, relaxed diving.
