Buceo Alcalá

Tucked into Alcalá de Henares just outside Madrid, Buceo Alcalá is a PADI Five Star Dive Center that has turned scuba diving into an accessible pursuit rather than a risky sport for the few. Working from street level with two large training rooms and heated pools, the school runs face-to-face, hands-on classes before students finish their courses at sea.

Courses for every level

The team teaches PADI courses across all levels, from a first underwater experience through Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water and Advanced Open Water, up to Divemaster. Specialties round out the offering, including Enriched Air Diver, Deep Diver and Emergency First Response, and the center has awarded more than 1,800 PADI certifications over the years.

With five PADI instructors, an official CRESSI Atelier Pro store, equipment maintenance and English and Spanish spoken, Buceo Alcalá suits complete beginners and aspiring professionals alike. Its commitment to conservation through Project AWARE and to inclusive diving for people with functional diversity makes it a welcoming home base for divers who care about the water they explore.
