Centro Buceo Altair

Set in the heart of Alicante, close to hotels and restaurants, Altair Diving Center is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center with 4 PADI instructors ready to introduce you to the waters of the Spanish Mediterranean. The team covers recreational diving in all its facets, from first-time Diving Baptisms and snorkeling to structured courses for those working toward certification.

Dive sites and courses

From this central base you can explore some of the best diving spots around Alicante, Tabarca Island and Benidorm. Certified divers can head out for guided dives, while newcomers can build their skills step by step. The PADI Open Water Diver course starts from USD 538 over approximately 3 days, and the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course starts from USD 478, also around 3 days.

On site you'll find a training pool, a classroom, free Wi-Fi, a dive boat and parking, with instruction available in English, Spanish and French. It's a welcoming choice for complete beginners and experienced divers alike who want to connect with the sea and care about ocean health.
