Cyprus Underwater Explorers

Set on the waterfront at the Manolya Hotel in Lapta, Kyrenia, in Northern Cyprus, Cyprus Underwater Explorers is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with a genuinely welcoming approach to the water. Three PADI Instructors lead a full array of PADI courses and dive experiences, from first-timers finding their fins to certified divers logging daily dives. Most dive sites sit just 15–20 minutes from the centre, and there's a house reef right on the doorstep.

Courses, sites and marine life

The team runs daily diving and dedicated trips out to the Zenobia wreck, with ZEPHYROS among the local sites on offer. Divers here share the water with sharks, whales, turtles and ocean fish. On land, the centre keeps an onsite training pool, classroom, retail shop and dive boat close at hand, plus onsite accommodation, parking, and food and drinks.

With staff speaking English, Swedish and Turkish, and safety kept as the number one priority, it suits everyone from complete beginners to experienced divers wanting easy access to Kyrenia's underwater world.
