Deep Ocean Diver

Deep Ocean Diver's story started in 1992, born from that feeling only a diver knows after surfacing — the kind that can't quite be put into words. What began from scratch has grown into DOD 3.0: a PADI 5 Star and CRESSI Dive Center, School and Diving Club rolled into one, based in Radazul, Tenerife. It's also a Cressi Store and recharging station, run in a cozy, familiar setting where the people who founded it back in 2009 still greet you directly.

Courses and diving in Tenerife

With 2 PADI instructors on hand, the centre runs everything from the PADI Discover Scuba Diving taster and Half Day Dive Trips to the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Open Water Diver eLearning course. English, Spanish and Italian are all spoken.

Local sites include El Peñón (Wreck of Tabaiba), Cueva de las Morenas, Atlantis, San Marcos, Chimney and Radazul, where divers may cross paths with turtles, ocean fish, molluscs, crustaceans, eels, sharks and rays. It suits newcomers and certified divers alike who want a professional, welcoming home base.
