Dive For You

Tucked into a waterfront spot at Hikka Tranz in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka, Dive For You sits right in front of the Walduwa, with rock outcrops and coral gardens that open up plenty of snorkelling and free-diving ground. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with three PADI Instructors, the centre also keeps several safe, gentle sites where first-time scuba divers can find their feet underwater. Between dives, large, friendly green sea turtles come right up to the shore at the foot of the centre.

Courses and dive sites

The course menu spans PADI Discover Scuba Diving, Advanced Open Water Diver, Deep Diver, Underwater Photographer, Wreck Diver and Night Diver, alongside a Half-Day Dive Trip and a multi-day Dive Package. Local sites read like a wreck-lover's list — S S Conch, Earl of Shaftesbury, SS Orestes and S S Rangoon — plus Black Coral Point, Kirala Gala, Goda Gala and Silva Point.

With an onsite training pool and classroom, a house reef, dive boat and instruction in English, German and Russian, Dive For You suits everyone from curious beginners to divers chasing wrecks, turtles and reef life.
