Diving Mirissa

Diving Mirissa is a PADI dive center based in Matara, Sri Lanka, offering fun dives, courses, and snorkeling in warm tropical waters. The focus here is on safety, small groups, and personalized service that suits every level, from complete beginners to experienced divers.

Courses and diving

Newcomers can start with the PADI Scuba Diver or PADI Open Water Diver Course, guided by a PADI instructor. Daily boat dives explore reef and rock sites such as batic rock, diyaba pare, atharamba rock, and yala rock, where divers encounter rich marine life including turtles, reef fish, and moray eels. Sharks, whales, and ocean fish are among the wider residents of these waters.

The center sits in a waterfront location with an onsite training pool, dive boat, parking, and free Wi-Fi. Air fills, scuba gear rental, and kids' equipment are all available, and the team speaks English and French.
