Duikcentrum Den Helder

Duikcentrum Den Helder traces its story back to 1994, when John and Björn first discovered diving and became fascinated by everything in and around the water. That passion grew into a PADI 5 Star Dive Center in Den Helder, Netherlands, with three PADI Instructors and both founders qualified as PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers.

Courses and diving

The centre offers a full range of PADI training, from Open Water Diver right through to Divemaster. Along the way you can pick up a variety of PADI specialties as well as the Master Scuba Diver rating, all taught in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Instruction is available in English and Dutch, and PADI First Aid – EFR is offered too.

Divers can explore the local site of Triton 12, while on-site facilities include a retail shop, an aquarium/deep pool, food and drinks, free Wi-Fi and parking. With air fills, nitrox, equipment sales and rental, and a dive club, it suits newcomers taking their first breaths underwater and certified divers alike.
