duikteam w@ter

Based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, duikteam w@ter is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center where a team of 4 PADI Instructors runs training in small groups, giving every student plenty of individual attention. Pool sessions take place at the Merwestein swimming pool, while open-water dives are usually held at Zandeiland 4 in Vinkeveen.

Courses and services

The centre offers PADI Scuba Diving and Snorkelling courses along with PADI First Aid (EFR), supported by an onsite training pool, classroom and an adaptive services facility. There's also a retail shop, air fills, equipment sales and scuba equipment rental, plus servicing for regulators, BCDs, battery changes and tank inspections. Lessons and support are available in English, Dutch and German.

With freshwater fish among the marine life encountered, it suits divers who want structured, small-group instruction close to home. Onsite parking rounds out a welcoming base for learning to dive and staying current.
