GIDIVE CENTER PALAMÓS

Set in the heart of the Costa Brava, GiDive Center Palamós enjoys an exceptional spot in Port Marina Palamós — just 50 metres from both its dive boat and the cove of Cala del Morro del Vedell. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Center with six PADI Instructors and its own house reef, it's a genuinely full-service base for exploring the local waters.

Courses and diving

The centre runs 13 courses and activities, from PADI Discover Scuba Diving and Scuba Diver through Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air and Diver Propulsion Vehicle specialties, with TecRec, Freediving and EFR First Aid also on offer. Half-day dive trips and outings to Ullastres round out the schedule, and staff speak English, Spanish, French and Catalan.

Local dive sites include Ullastres, Illes Formigues, Canons de Tamariu, Gorgonies and Llosa Palamós, with encounters ranging from ocean fish to turtles. With air, Nitrox and Trimix fills, gear rental, a retail shop and a waterfront setting, it suits new divers and technical divers alike.
