MaiDiving Divecenter

Founded in 2012 on a simple belief — that diving is one of the most accessible sports for people young and old, and everyone deserves to try it — MaiDiving has grown into a welcoming fixture of the Rotterdam scene. As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre backed by 21 PADI instructors, it's as much a knowledge hub as a shop and classroom, a place where divers drop in for advice and a good cup of coffee.

Training tailored to you

Every diver is different, and MaiDiving builds its courses around that idea. Because a team of instructors each brings their own expertise, you learn from several along the way — the goal being that you finish your chosen course as a confident, self-aware diver. Whether you're a nervous beginner or already experienced, the approach is personal, and the onsite training pool, classroom and adaptive services facility support learners of all kinds.

Local dives take in freshwater and coastal sites including Vinkeveense Plas, Zevenhuizerplas, Dreischor Frans Kokrif and Den Osse Nieuwe Kerkweg. With staff speaking English, Dutch and French, plus rental gear, air fills and a dive club, it suits anyone ready to start living and start diving.
