Malongane Beach Resort

Set on the waterfront at Ponta do Ouro in Mozambique, Malongane Beach Resort is the only dive center in Malongane — and it sits just 50 metres from the launch area. With more than 30 reefs on the doorstep, ranging from a shallow 8m to advanced dives around 50m and reaching the closest point only 300m offshore, it's a base that puts the water within easy reach.

Courses and diving for every level

As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, the center runs a full slate of PADI courses, from Scuba Diver and Open Water Diver to Rescue Diver, plus specialties including Deep Diver, Drift Diver, Underwater Navigator and Peak Performance Buoyancy, with a reference quote from USD 111. Whether you're an open water or advanced diver, a free diver, a photographer, a researcher or simply someone who dives for fun, the reefs here are made to fit.

Divers can expect encounters with sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, rays, eels, corals and more, with the site at Doodles among the local spots. On-site you'll find a training pool, classroom, dive boat, free Wi-Fi, accommodation, food and drinks, and equipment rental. English is spoken throughout.
