About Nautico Dive Academy
Say hi at Nautico Dive Academy, a family-run PADI 5 Star Dive Center sitting right on the seafront in Arguineguín, Gran Canaria. Run by Bella & Benji with three PADI instructors, it's a friendly base where you come for the diving and stay for the people.
Courses and diving
Whether you're brand new or building serious skills, there's a path for you. Try PADI Discover Scuba Diving from USD 112, work through PADI Open Water Diver, or step up with PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver. Skills sessions run in the only dive center swimming pool on the island, and certified divers can join daily Boat Diving Trips of two dives from USD 113 along the volcanic reefs and wrecks of the southern coast.
Explore local dive sites including Arguineguín Reef and Pasito Blanco Reef, with marine life ranging from ocean fish and turtles to sharks and whales. With a waterfront location, house reef, onsite training pool, dive boat and six languages spoken, it suits everyone from first-timers to seasoned divers looking for their next diving holiday.

★ 5 · Piotr Godzisz · 2015-09-28I first contacted the school by email. They are very good with communications and making sure you're well informed. They organized a free pickup from out hotel in Playa del Ingles. Regarding the dive, We went to El Cabron. The site was interesting, and we saw some cuttle fish, morey eel, lion fish and even a sting ray. We dived with Matt (there are two Matts - we dived with the one who's not the owner). He's a lovely guy, and a good guide as well.
