Ocean Diving Center

Set on the waterfront at the iconic Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Ocean Diving Center (ODC) is Abu Dhabi's premier 5-Star PADI IDC–registered dive centre and resort. Established in 2006, it brings together expanded training facilities, a retail shop, and comprehensive on-site amenities under one roof.

Courses and what it's known for

With nine PADI instructors on the team, ODC offers a full range of courses for beginners through to professionals, plus specialty certifications including Wreck Diving, Underwater Photography, Night Dive, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Deep Dive, Diver Propulsion Vehicle, Dry Suit Diver, Emergency Oxygen Provider, and Enriched Air Diver. Group and private diving and snorkelling excursions round out the offering.

Local dives explore the Old Cement Barge, The National Aquarium, Abu Dhabi, and the EA Artificial Reef, where you may encounter sharks, turtles, ocean fish, rays, and more.
