Pelicano Sport

Pelicano Sport is a 5* PADI Dive Center in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, offering adventures above and below the waves in warm, clear waters. Divers come for colourful reefs and incredible cave landscapes — stalactites and stalagmites, cathedrals and wide passages in deep water — with a good selection of wrecks to explore. Common sightings include turtles, nurse sharks, moray eels and sting rays.

Courses and experience for every level

With six centers along the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic, Pelicano is hugely experienced and recognized as one of the best water sport companies in the Caribbean. Six PADI instructors deliver training and fun diving to suit all experience levels, and the team also runs snorkeling trips, windsurfing, sailing and parasailing. If you haven't dived in the last 6 months, a refresh course is needed.

This waterfront location features an onsite training pool, a retail shop and air fills, with staff speaking English, Spanish, Dutch, French, German and Portuguese, plus other languages on request — a welcoming fit for travelling divers of all backgrounds.
