Reef Oasis Viva Dominican

Set on the waterfront in Bayahibe on the Dominican Republic's southern coast, Reef Oasis Viva Dominican is a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort and part of the international Reef Oasis Dive Club. With 4 PADI Instructors and courses running in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian, it's a welcoming base for divers who want reef and wall dives from both shore and boat.

Courses and dive sites

Whether you're taking your first breaths underwater or working toward a pro rating, there's a path here. Try a PADI Discover Scuba Diving session or a PADI Bubblemaker, step up to the Open Water Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver course, or log more time with the 6-, 8- and 10-dive packages. An onsite training pool and classroom keep the learning close to the water.

Local dives explore sites such as Viva Shallow, Guadalupe, Peñon, The Wall, Atlantic Princess, St George and Parque, with a house reef right on the doorstep. Nitrox and scuba equipment rental round out the setup, making this a solid choice for beginners and returning divers alike.
