Safe Diving

Since 1995, Safe Diving has grown into one of the largest diving centres in the Netherlands, based in Veghel. It's the passion project of PADI Course Directors Bill Megens and Wendy Hoevenaars — Bill first strapped on a tank at age 11, while Wendy discovered diving during her Sport Economics studies and never looked back. Together with a team of divemasters, instructors and interns, they aim to work at the highest quality level in the industry.

Courses and services

As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre, Safe Diving offers PADI Scuba Diving, PADI Freediving and PADI First Aid – EFR training. On-site facilities include a classroom and air conditioning, with air fills, Nitrox and Trimix available, plus equipment sales and rental for adults and kids. There's also a dive club and travel service.

Staff speak English, Spanish, Dutch, French and German, making the centre a welcoming fit for divers of every level and background looking to learn, train or gear up.
