San Andres Divers

San Andres Divers is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort set on the waterfront of San Andres and Providencia islands, Colombia, with two fast boats moored close by. It's a relaxed, friendly base where you can muck in, meet new people and explore the lesser-known underwater world of the Caribbean alongside turtles, rays and more.

Diving and courses

With access to over 40 dive sites, the variety is striking: walls, currents, calm coral reefs, underwater statues and wrecks. Visibility runs to 80+ meters and water temperatures average around 85F (29°c) year-round. Head out for a morning of diving and return for a siesta, or stay out for lunch at the Cove Restaurant and a third dive on a two or three tank trip.

A team of 4 PADI Instructors teaches everything from Discover Scuba Diving (from USD 45) and Open Water Diver to Advanced Open Water, with Half-Day Dive Trips also available. Onsite you'll find a training pool, classroom, accommodation, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The team works with local eco organizations and Miss Earth Colombia on beach and reef clean ups — if you want to get involved, just ask.
