SEA WOLF DIVING

Sea Wolf Diving is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort based by the port of Numana, on Italy's Costa del Conero. A fast dinghy carries divers out to explore the local seabed, with dive points including Sassi Neri, Scoglio Due Sorelle — which holds the remains of a wreck — Cala Davanzali and Secca dell'Ospedale.

What you'll find underwater

Off the coast of Numana you can make one or two dives to the wreck of the M/N Nicole, a 120-metre vessel resting on a muddy seabed of up to 16 metres. Marine life here is mainly benthic: a multitude of decorating crustaceans and nudibranchs, alongside crabs, corvine, blennidae and other fish.

With 2 PADI instructors and Italian spoken on site, the centre suits divers keen to discover the Conero coast. Facilities include a dive boat, a waterfront location, scuba equipment rental, food and drinks, and a dive club. The daily appointment is fixed at 08:00, or earlier depending on marine weather conditions.
