Simply Diving

Perched on the waterfront in Marbella, Simply Diving is a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort offering scuba diving along the entire 160km Costa del Sol, from Malaga and Torremolinos through Fuengirola, Mijas Costa and Calahonda, and on to Gibraltar. Just 10 minutes from Malaga Airport, it's an easy base for divers arriving from abroad.

Courses and dive sites

With 9 PADI Instructors on the team, this is a natural home for anyone learning or building confidence. The PADI Open Water Diver Course runs over roughly 3 days, while the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver takes about 2 days. Beyond recreational courses, the center also covers PADI TecRec, Freediving, Snorkelling and EFR first aid.

The dive sites read like a local's map: Punta de la Mona, Cueva del Jarro, Piedra de la Higuera, Fraggle Rock, La Torre Cable and more around Marina del Este and La Herradura Beach. An onsite classroom, free Wi-Fi, retail shop, dive boat, parking and full equipment rental round out the setup. English and Spanish are both spoken.
