Timanfaya Sub

Timanfaya Sub is a professional diving centre based in Puerto del Carmen, running its dives and activities right across the island of Lanzarote, Spain. As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 4 PADI instructors, it covers everything from first breaths underwater to advanced specialties — all following PADI classifications.

Courses and dive sites

Beginners can start with PADI Discover Scuba Diving or the Scuba Diver Lanzarote course, while more experienced divers can build skills through Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Drift Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, or step up to Divemaster. Local diving unfolds at spots such as Cathedral, Playa Chica Bay, Harbour Wall, Los Arcos, La Pared, Red Coral, Harbour Wrecks and the Blue Hole.

The waterfront base comes with a house reef, onsite classroom, retail shop, dive boat, free Wi-Fi, parking and food and drinks, plus air fills, nitrox and equipment rental. With staff speaking English, Spanish, Catalan and Basque, it suits divers of every level looking to explore Lanzarote.
