Tufi Dive Resort

Tucked into the tropical fjords of Tufi, Papua New Guinea, Tufi Dive Resort is one of the few destinations in the country to offer diving all year round. The clear, calm and protected waters make it a natural home for macro and muck diving, and the house reef sits just a five-minute walk from the resort. The nearest open water reef is only 15 minutes away by boat.

Marine life and dive sites

These reefs are so alive that the local saying goes "more fish than water." Expect schools of tuna, Spanish mackerel and barracuda, along with white tip and black tip reef sharks, hammerheads and the rare white hammerheads. With a little luck you may also spot turtles, manta and eagle rays across this uniquely biodiverse reef system.

As a PADI Resort with a PADI Instructor on hand, an onsite training pool and classroom, Tufi suits divers keen to learn or refine their skills. On-site accommodation, a dive boat, scuba equipment rental and staff speaking English and Tagalog round out a setup built for a relaxed, waterfront diving stay.
