Underwater Barcelona

Duck straight into the Mediterranean from the heart of the city. Underwater Barcelona is the first PADI Eco Friendly Dive Resort in Barcelona, a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort offering proximity diving from Platja de San Sebastià on Barceloneta Beach. With three PADI instructors and a team speaking English, Spanish, French and Catalan, it's a welcoming base for divers of every level.

Courses for every level

Never breathed underwater before? The Diving baptism gets you started in about two hours. From there you can progress through the PADI Scuba Diver and PADI Open Water Diver Course, sharpen skills with PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy or PADI Search and Recovery Diver, or go all the way to PADI Divemaster. Certified divers can join a half-day dive out to local sites, home to ocean fish, turtles and more.

The centre has an onsite training pool, a waterfront location, free Wi-Fi and a retail shop, plus equipment sales, kids' and freediving gear rental, scooter (DPV) rental, a dive club and conservation activities.
