Getting to Galapagos The Galapagos Aggressor departs from Baltra/Santra Cruz Island Guests fly into Ecuador and take a connecting flight, through Guayaquil or Quito, to Santa Cruz/Baltra airport in Galapagos (airport code GPS) – please let us know if you need help with flights after your booking Both Guayaquil and Quito have daily flights to the islands, although Guayaquil is recommended with cheaper prices and better-timed connections You will need to overnight in Guayaquil or Quito before flying on to the Galapagos We also recommend to arrive in Galapagos a day before if possible to avoid any possible delays as a result of volcano activity Arrival Once you arrive at the Baltra Airport, you will be asked to pay the $100 USD National Park fee in cash. Please keep your Park Fee receipt If you arrive on the group flight, upon your arrival, Aggressor staff will meet you at the airport to give you free group transfer to the boat via Itabaca Channel If you are already in Galapagos and making your own way to the boat, you will need to meet the boat on the dock at the Baltra side of the Itabaca Channel (this is the channel between Santa Cruz (Puerto Ayora town)( and Baltra Island airport ) at 12.00 noon on the departure date. Check in is around noon, departure in the afternoon The boat will return to Santra Cruz on the penultimate day in the late evening Guests will have a full breakfast then check out and depart to the Baltra Airport. Be sure to remember the suggested 24 – hour no - fly rule when planning your departure. Leaving Galapagos On the return leg you will probably need to overnight in Guayaquil or Quito since most international flights depart too early to make the connection possible. The flight from Galapagos arrives in Guayaquil (and then Quito) in the afternoon. If you need help with the domestic flights, please let us know after your reservation. We request your patience with this process since there are often waiting lists and slow confirmations of availability. You must inform us whether you are flying into Guayaquil or Quito before domestic flights can be considered.

★ 5 · Mengjie Li · 2023-09-08As my first time live aboard trip, I really enjoyed this trip, all the crew and DM were friendly and professional, they organized the bed every dive when I back to my room. There is start link on yacht, food and service was very good. I recommend if someone looking for Galapagos trip.
★ 4 · Tonja Hall · 2022-07-11I went on a live aboard dive boat in Galapagos in 2018 and loved it so much I returned in 2022 with five family members and friends on the Aggressor. The staff on the boat were all professional and worked hard. On our week we had 11 divers who had a lot of scuba experience. Unfortunately four days into our trip one of the two Dive Masters had an injury due to no fault of his own which prevented him from diving with us. This meant that we had one Dive Master with 11 divers in very strong currents. There were times when this was dangerous because our one Dive Master was preoccupied with filming for the underwater video that was for sale at the end of the trip and he needed to be more attentive to the safety of the divers. Overall the staff and food was good. The cabins were clean but a bit small. The dive equipment needed servicing. We rented several items including an Nitrox meter that was not reading correctly and we had to change it out two times before we got a reliable meter. The itinerary was very good and our Dive Masters did really care that every diver saw the varied marine life unique to the Galapagos. One other important safety fact is that the Zodiac boat needs to always have life jackets and a powerful flood light at night. We had a near disastrous collision with a buoy in cold water with no life jackets on. This could have proven to be life threatening.
★ 4 · jason burlie · 2022-03-07Booked through PADI; departed on Jan 27th. Everything with PADI and my time on the boat was GREAT. Worthy every penny. I was, however, disappointed that Aggressor (not PADI) misleads divers. Aggressor website states the trip includes two night dives. When we got on the boat, they said the government does NOT allow night dives. Excluding our 5-minute checkout dive, it was 19 total dives, and I didn't miss a single dive. Knowing this in advance wouldn't have changed my decision to go but be aware of Aggressor's false advertising.
